PERSONAL.
Deep expressions of sympathy were heard in Helidon (writes our correspondent) when it became known that Mrs. Ellen Trost, wife of Mr. Jack Trost, and only daughter of Mr. and Mrs. A. Kamp, had passed away at her residence early on Thursday morning. Mrs. Trost was 27 years of age and leaves, beside her husband, a little son, two years old. The sympathy of the whole town and district is extended to the sorrowing relatives.

TROST.-In loving memory of our dear daughter and sister, Ellen,
who passed away March 8, 1928.
Your end was sudden, Ellen, dear,
It made us weep and sigh ;
But, oh, it was so hard to think
We could not say good-bye.
(Inserted by her loving parents and brothers.)
TROST.-In loving memory of our dear sister, Ellen, who departed
this life March 8, 1928.
Just one year this very day,
Since our dear Ellen passed away,
The flowers we place upon her grave
May wither and decay;
But the love for her who lies beneath,
Will never fade away.
(inserted by her loving brothers, and sisters-in-law, and nephew's.)

TROST - KAMP.
At the Lutheran Church (Helidon) recently, Miss Ellen Kamp, only daughter of Mr. and Mrs. A. Kamp, Helidon, was married to Mr. J. Trost, eldest son of Mr. and Mrs. A. Trost, Iredale. The Rev. Rode officiated. The bride, who was given away by he father, wore a gown of ivory silk Marocain, embroidered with beads. Her tulle veil was caught to the head with a coronet of orange blossom and silver leaves, and she carried a bouquet ot white chrysanthemums, mayflowers, and ferns, tied with narrow satin ribbons. Miss Ethel Peterson acted as bridesmaid, wearing a pretty frock of champagne satin prettily braided, and finished with rows of small pearl buttons. Her smart hat of cream georgette was trimmed with a flower mount and narrow streamers. She carried a bouquet of chrysanthemums and fern tied with champagne ribbons. Mr. Harold Kamp carried out the duties of best man. After the ceremony a reception was held at the Criterion Hotel. Mrs. Kamp, who received the guests, wore a handsome costume of dark silk Marocain, and a hat to match. Subsequently Mr. and Mrs. J. Trost left for Ipswich and Brisbane on their wedding tour, the bride travelling in a frock of navy blue crepe de Chine, and a small navy satin hat.
